Terrace: Unfortunately, the market has further softened over winter months – tenants that have left since summer have left the community. There is very little demand from newcomers. Hopefully for a stronger start in 2017 due to planned economic activity.
9.8% vacancy.  2 bdr $1,000 – 3 bdr $1,470
Prince Rupert: Strong demand with fewer rentals available means rents are increasing on turnover but increases are not dramatic.  2017 may be a very tight year if demand continues to increase with no new supply.
1.6% vacancy.  2 bdr $900 – 3 bdr $1,400
